Returns
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to return purchased products – counted from the day you receive the shipment.
To make a return:

Inform us by email that you want to withdraw from the contract, or use the return form.

Include in the package: the receipt and a completed withdrawal statement.

Important – items we do not accept

Opened booster boxes, decks, or single cards.

Used, damaged, or incomplete products.

Returns without the required documents (e.g., a receipt).
If the above rules are violated, we reserve the right to send the product back at the customer’s expense.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the return – using the same payment method selected at checkout.
In the case of a partial return, the shipping cost is not refundable.
If an order is not collected, we will refund the payment minus the return shipping cost.
Complaints
If the received product is damaged, defective, or not as ordered – contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

Please send the complained product back to our business address with the note “COMPLAINT”.
If the complaint is accepted, we will offer:

a replacement,

a repair,
-
a refund or another form of compensation.
