Below you will find the main stages of order processing along with key organizational information.

1. Placing the order

   After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation at your e-mail address.

2. Payment

   Please complete the payment using your selected payment method. If you experience any issues, contact us at shop@zarc.pl.

3. Order preparation

   Your order is carefully picked and securely packed.

   Estimated preparation time: 1–3 business days, up to 5 business days during peak periods, especially around new releases.

   In-person pickup at tournaments: please place your order at least 2–3 days in advance.

4. Shipping

   Once ready, the order is handed over to the selected shipping carrier.
